DPIC
DPIC Cast Iron rolls are made of highly alloyed shell iron and soft grey iron or ductile iron core metal depending on neck strength requirement.
GRAPHITIC STEEL
These are special alloy Steel Rolls which have been developed for roughing stands, intermediate and finishing stands for medium & heavy section Mills.
ALLOY STEEL BASE
These rolls are special hyper-eutectoid steel rolls alloyed with Nickel. Chromium and Molybdenum.The extra Carbon and special alloys give extra wear resistance and strength.
SPHEROIDAL GRAPHITE
Spheroidal Graphite Iron (Nodular) or Ductile Iron Rolls are available in a wide range of hardness & composition for a variety of applications.
FERRITIC SPHEROIDAL
These rolls are most suited for use in the roughing stands of long product mills and are also used in Medium and Heavy Section Mills.
ALLOY CAST STEEL
These are hypo-eutectoid steel rolls alloyed with Chromium and Molybdenum.
INDEFINITE CHILL
These are cast iron based rolls alloyed with Nickel, Chromium and Molybdenum having a matrix of pearlite and carbide with flake graphite.
